At Second Time Around Watch Company, we stand behind the authenticity and quality of every timepiece. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return window for a full refund or exchange provided the watch remains in its original, unworn condition with all security tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team via email or through your account dashboard within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the timepiece in its original presentation box, including all warranty cards, manuals, and extra links, and pack it securely inside a secondary shipping carton.

• 3.
  Insured Shipping

  Affix the provided pre-paid, fully insured shipping label to the exterior of the package and drop it off at an authorized courier location to ensure safe transit.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master watchmakers verify the watch's condition and serial numbers, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
